As a Regional Sales Manager, your role is to identify, prospect, cultivate, and manage food and beverage manufacturing clients. You will define a strategic plan, identify targets, and generate sales through networking and direct outreach. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold-calling, and closing new accounts while maintaining existing relationships.
The role requires travel up to 50%, working independently, and aligning with the General Manager to ensure sales strategies meet company goals.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years in the food ingredient industry with a strong sales background, proven success in prospecting, and closing deals. The ability to implement a strategic sales plan and maintain customer relationships is essential.
We seek a highly motivated self-starter with strong communication, sales, and problem-solving skills. The candidate must be resourceful, strategic, and comfortable handling objections while ensuring long-term customer relationships.
